Silversands is ORA's vision of what a North Coast resort can be. Rather than a row of compounds, it is a single coastal destination — 1.2km of private beach, a swimmable lagoon system, a working marina, and beach villas that open straight onto the sand.
The typologies — beachfront villas, lagoon chalets, and marina apartments — are set among palm-shaded promenades and dune gardens, with cars kept to the edge so the shoreline belongs to walkers, swimmers, and the sea breeze.
The resort opened in summer 2022. The beachfront and the first lagoon are fully operational, and the Marina release — the final villas and the marina apartments — is the focus of this season's launches.

The Silversands master plan is organized along the coast — a continuous beachfront promenade with the swimmable lagoon system reaching inland behind it, and the marina anchoring the western headland. Villa clusters step down toward the sand.
The plan was developed in collaboration with Foster + Partners, with landscape design by SWA Group. It is fully operational as a resort, with the final marina release now opening for sale.
Silversands has been delivered in three phases. Phase 1 opened in 2022; Phase 2 is delivered and lived-in each summer; the Marina release has just opened for sale.

All 420 Phase 1 chalets and villas are handed over and occupied each summer. The beach club, pools, and the opening 800m of private beach are open and operating at capacity.
