The Zed Sports Club is the social heart of the ZED communities — a 22-acre destination across two locations (Sheikh Zayed and East Cairo) designed by the same hand that shaped the master-plans around them.
It opened to ZED residents in 2019. From 2026, the club opens its doors to the wider public through a tiered membership programme — bringing the same quiet quality of architecture, coaching, and community to anyone within a short drive.
What members come for: 14 floodlit tennis courts, an Olympic-standard 50m pool, a 1,400m² fitness centre, padel, football, squash, and a family programme that fills the calendar from morning to evening, all year.
Six anchor facilities, each with its own programme of classes, leagues, and open-play hours — from the 6am swim to the 9pm padel match.
14 floodlit tennis courts (8 clay, 6 hard) and 6 panoramic padel courts. ITF-accredited coaching programme. Junior squad & adult leagues year-round.
Olympic-standard outdoor pool, plus a heated 25m training pool and a separate children's pool with shaded lagoon.
1,400m² of cardio, strength, functional training, and dedicated yoga / pilates studios. Personal training and physiotherapy on site.
Two full-size football pitches, a 5-a-side cage, and a 400m athletics track. Junior football academy in partnership with European clubs.

No. From 2026, ZSC opens to the public through the Standard and Founders tiers. The Resident tier remains exclusive to households at ZED Sheikh Zayed and ZED East.
Two primary members plus all dependents under 21. Domestic helpers can be added at a small annual fee. Both ZSC locations are included in every tier.
Yes. We hold open days every two months — the next is the Family Fun Day on 28 June. We can also arrange a private guided tour and a one-week trial for serious applicants.
Yes. We offer quarterly and bi-annual payment plans on all tiers. Resident memberships paid annually receive a 5% discount.
The Founders tier is capped at 400 households per location and currently has a 4–6 month waitlist. Standard memberships are available immediately. Resident memberships are processed within 14 days.
Both clubs open daily 5:30am – 11:00pm. Pool hours are 6:00am – 9:30pm. Junior programmes follow the school calendar. Members can book courts and classes through the ORA app.
